CROSBY G2150 BOLT TYPE ANCHOR SHACKLES

Description

The Crosby G2150 Bolt Type Anchor Shackles have a thin hex bolt and nut with a cotter pin and meet the performance requirements of federal specification RR-C-271F Type IVA, Grade A, Class 3, except for those provisions required by the contractor. 

• Capacities ranging from 500kg up to 85,000kg and are all grade 6 rated
• Working load limit and grade is permanently shown on every shackle
• Shackles come forged- Quenched, and tempered, with alloy pins
• Hot dip galvanised or self-coloured
• All shackles are fatigue rated
• Shackles 25,000kg and larger are RFID-equipped
• Approved for use in extreme temperatures ranging from -40˚C up to 204˚C
• 3.25 tonne up to 25-tonne bow and bolt are certified to meet Charpy impact testing of 42 Joules (31 ft-lbs)
• Meets and exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26
• Sizes 500kg up to 25 tonne meet the performance requirements of EN13889:2003
• Shackles 55 tonnes and smaller can be furnished proof tested with certificates to designated standards, such as ABS, DNV, Lloyds, or other certification when requested at the time of order 
• Type approval and certification in accordance with ABS 2006 steel vessel rules 1-1-17.7, and ABS guide for certification of cranes
