Designed to shorten lengths of chain with ease and security, George Taylor’s Cobra Plus Clevis Shortening Clutch with Pin is available to suit chain diameters from 8mm to 13mm.

Manufactured from quality Grade 10 alloy steel (quenched & tempered), these chain shorteners meet the WLL preferred requirements of BS EN 1677-1 +25% of loads, and boast and MBL of 4 times the stated WLL.

For traceability purposes, each shortening clutch is marked with Cobra+, material grade, size, product ID mark, and traceability code.
